Security Policy

The Management of the EPSILON NET Group, of which PCS SA is a member, is committed to managing Information Security matters with the same level of responsibility and importance as it applies to all of its companies’ operations. We believe that, in this way, the benefits derived from the Group’s activities are maximized for both our customers and our employees.

In particular, we are committed to supporting the implementation of Information Security Management practices to ensure the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of the information we manage.

We intend to fulfill this commitment by adhering to the principles of prevention and protection, in compliance with applicable legal requirements, as well as with the broader framework developed by the Group for managing strategically significant risks. This is further supported through the transparency of our actions and the continuous improvement of our performance in the field of Information Security.

This ongoing effort is achieved through the monitoring and adoption of modern technologies and international best practices, the establishment of objectives and criteria for the continuous assessment of risk levels, the implementation of mitigation programs, and the awareness, training, and active participation of employees in information security management.

The continuous pursuit of improved methods in Information Security Management will enable the Group to increasingly enhance the protection of the information it handles. We will keep our customers, employees, and shareholders informed about the progress of these initiatives.

The Group’s Management fully supports the Information Security Management System in accordance with ISO 27001:2023 and, in cooperation with its personnel, is committed to defining measurable objectives and targets, which will be reviewed at regular intervals to ensure ongoing compliance with the established standards.
