1992
Company Foundation
PCS is founded.
1995
PCS Custody launch
PCS launches PCS Custody and signs a contract with Barclays Bank Greece.
1999
Expansion to Cyprus
PCS expands to Cyprus with multiple Fund Administration and Distribution contracts.
2005
Expansion to Luxembourg
PCS signs its first Fund Administration and Distribution contract in Luxembourg.
2008
International presence at Sibos (Vienna)
PCS presents its portfolio at Sibos in Vienna to an international banking audience.
2012
Oracle OpenWorld Excellence Award
PCS Wealth Management wins the Oracle OpenWorld Innovation Excellence Award in San Francisco.
2014
Expansion to Kenya
Equity Bank and Co-operative Bank of Kenya select PCS Custody.
2021
Epsilon Net Group Acquisition
Epsilon Net acquires 88% of PCS.
2022
Digital Finance Awards
PCS is named Fintech of the Year and receives seven additional vertical awards.
2023
Wealth Management Platform
The new PCS Wealth Management Platform is released
2025
Expansion to Burundi
PCS expands its operations to Burundi, signing with Banque Commercial du Burundi.

PCS is led by a team of experienced professionals with strong backgrounds in financial technology, investment management, and client services, working together to support long-term client success.
George Xenofos
CEO – VP
George leads PCS’s overall strategy and operations, with responsibility for business growth, international expansion, and long-term performance. With more than 30 years at PCS, he has been instrumental in shaping the company into a trusted provider of investment and financial software across multiple markets. He works closely with banks and financial institutions to build long-term partnerships and guide PCS’s strategic direction.
George holds an MSc in Information Technology from the University of Edinburgh and a BSc in Physics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Dimitra Kirikou
Technical Director
Dimitra leads the design and development of PCS’s technology platforms for banking and investment management. She is responsible for the technical architecture, scalability, and reliability of the company’s core systems. She oversees engineering teams to ensure PCS solutions meet high standards for performance, security, and regulatory compliance.
Dimitra holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Patras.
